You know those wooden hangers that your fathers or grandfathers had? If you find some...grab them! The older the better. They make the best "photo hangers" in the world. I just scored a dozen from my neighbor who used to work at a men's clothing store. I am planning a whole wall of changable photos. You could use plexiglass with them as well if you want to use more fragile art. I want mine to appear very casual so they are just small print outs from my printer. This one is of my husband as a little boy playing at the beach. I love it and it makes me smile whenever a see it. I have also been using one in my laundry room to hold my stain remover chart right by my washing machine. The possiblilites are endless!! Let me know what you think of to do with them.

This is a very cute idea. I bet you could find a ton of these on ebay, too. I think these would be especially cute to use in the laundry instead of regular picture frames. Thanks for the great idea.

Oh the potential! I see me using that to put up chore schedules, quotes for the week, weekly menus. I love the idea of using them as a picture hanger too! Great tip!

Okay, I still use these for pants. What does that say about me? A creative use for them had never occured to me, but I think it's so cute -- lots of possibilities!

I love that idea. I love anything that has to do with displaying pictures really, but unique ways are wonderful.

My inlaws are serious savers - hopefully they have some old pants hangers and will be willing to trade me for some new ones.
